When can I expect my order to arrive?
Fabrics are generally shipped within 3 to 4 weeks following an order. Delivery times vary from 2 days to 6 days depending on your location. Please note that our fabric is folded when ordered in less than 5 meters.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are $15* in Canada and USA. We are not responsible for duty or customs, and recommend that you check customs regulations prior to placing an international order. If you live to another country, please email us and we will provide you with a shipping quote.
* Due to the specific shipping costs, we reserve the right to cancel an order if we can not deliver the goods at this price, unless an agreement with the customer to adjust shipping costs.
All swatches are sent via Canada post and should be expected to leave our studio within one week of ordering unless selected samples are out of stock. Please use code: MAGIC for complimentary shipping on all swatches. Tracking is not available. If expedited samples are needed please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org

Sales of goods
We sell all our products with the belief that they are of suitable quality and will serve their intended purpose. You as the customer must take into account your particular situation and the conditions of the intended site. Any and all defects should be reported immediately when discovered. Our liability will not exceed the value of the products in question. We are not liable for loss of profits and consequential, financial and other losses.
All final & custom products from fabric, silk scarves & cushions are made to order and will ship 3-4 weeks from the date the order is placed. For custom order, poufs, chairs and furniture, the order will ship between 6-8 weeks. We recycle boxes and do not produce our own packaging so if your order comes in a used box think of it as our tiny contribution to saving the planet from more waste.
USA is considered international.However, orders over $20 sent via commercial carrier (UPS, Fed Ex, DHL, etc) may incur clearing fees and taxes which are the responsibility of the buyer.
Disclaimer: Many countries charge import duties and/or custom’s fees which are the responsibility of the buyer and are paid upon delivery by the buyer. If you are unaware what the duties will be, please contact your postal authorities to find out.
All products must be paid for in full before it will be made. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Paypal. If you would like to make a payment arrangement, we also take a deposit when taking the order and balance at the delivery. Email us at email@example.com.
We do not accept returns and all of our products and fabrics are made especially for you. If you believe your product/fabric to be defective and it has not been used or installed please contact us within 10 days of delivery so we can review your issue.
All standard products are available to the public through our online shop or by email. Our fabrics are available through specific showrooms only.
